How much does it cost to use EuroLanguages?
EuroLanguages is absolutely free. We do not charge you any additional fees, and we guarantee that you will not pay more for any course than if you were to book directly with the school. So you can be sure that you are getting the best price for any course that you book.
Why do I have to pay a 20% deposit?
When you book with us you get instant confirmation for your course booking. In order to guarantee your place on the language course we require a 20% deposit on the course tuition price. The balance of the booking has to be paid directly to the school at least 14 days before the course starts.
What happens after I book a course?
As soon as you book a course and pay a 20% deposit, you will be sent a confirmation email with all the details of the course and the language school. You will also be sent the bank details of the school, to which you will have to transfer the balance left to pay. All of the payment details will be sent in the confirmation email.
I haven’t received any booking confirmation
Please check the junk or spam mail folder of your email account as sometimes booking confirmations get placed there. If you still can’t find it, please email us at with your name and booking details (school name and date) and we’ll be happy to mail you another.
Can I change the dates/level of a course I have already booked?
If you have already booked a course and would like to change the dates or level then please contact the school directly (school contact details will be sent to you in the course booking confirmation email). If there is still availability for the course on your requested dates or for your requested level then the school should be able to change them for you.
Do I need to reconfirm my booking before arrival?
Unless specifically stated in your booking details you have been sent, or in direct instructions from the school, you do not need to reconfirm your booking before arrival. However, once you have paid the balance of fees (full fees less booking deposit) to the school at least 14 days prior to your course start date, your school will confirm this payment and reconfirm your booking details, and send you a full letter of acceptance.
Can I book accommodation with my course?
If you would like to request host family or alternative accommodation options, including hostels, hotels and apartments, you can do so when booking your language course. Once you have confirmed which course and which dates you will be attending you will be able to select from a choice of accommodation options.
Can I change my accommodation after booking?
Any requests for changes to host family accommodation should be sent directly to the school. If there is availability then your request will be dealt with and the changes made for you. To change other types of accommodation, please contact the hostel, hotel or apartment directly.

Do you apply for student visas?
We don’t apply for visas on behalf of students, however, we can supply you with all the documentation you need from your school as part of your application, including a full Letter of Acceptance and a receipt of payment of fees. The application process for a visa is different for every country, but these documents are required in most situations.
