In the conversation classes, teachers rotate every 3 days so that the student becomes accustomed to different tones of voice and accents. All students are required to do homework consisting of grammar exercises and reading assignments to be discussed in class. Students have access to a program of activities and excursions, meals at the school, and housing (with a Spanish family, in a studio, apartment or shared flat).

Placement Fee: None There are 12 studios available, 6 of them are located in the same street as the school and the other are in a building 3 minutes on foot from the school. They consist of a bedroom/living room, a bathroom, and a full kitchen. The rent for the studio includes all facilities (gas, water, electricity and maintenance fees). All studios are equipped with air conditioning, heater, TV, washing machine, fridge, micro-wave or oven. Telephone line is not provided. If a student has a guest, the hire will increase 10 euro per day. We would include an extra bed into the room. (minimum 2 nights)

Placement Fee: None There are also 5 apartments available 3 minutes walking far from the school. They consist of two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a full bathroom, and a half bathroom. The apartments are equipped with television, washing machine, fridge, micro-wave, air conditioning and heater. Telephones are not provided. The rent for the apartment for two students includes all facilities (gas, water, electricity and maintenance fees). If the apartment is rented by three people, the price will be increased. If a student has a guest, the rent will increase by 10 euros per day. We would include an extra bed into the room. (minimum 2 nights)

The school has chosen these families carefully to ensure that all students enjoy a pleasant and homelike atmosphere. The price of accommodations with a Spanish family includes: - A single room equipped with a desk, a lamp, and heater during the winter. - Laundry provided once a week. - A change of sheets and towels weekly. - A key to the house so that the student can come and go at any time. The students have the possibility to have meals with the host family or with teachers in a restaurant. If a student prefers to have meals with his family, there are the different options: - Accommodation + breakfast - Accommodation + ½ board - Accommodation + full board NOTE: In the case that a student would not be glad with the family, or would simply like to change his accommodation, the school will try to make the change as soon as possible.
