IMSOL-Granada was established in 1993 in the beautiful city of the Alhambra, which is considered one of the Wonders of the World. The geographic location of Granada is privileged, because it is only 30 minutes far from the natural park of Sierra Nevada and its winter ski resort, and only 1 hour far from the Costa Tropical.

These courses are drawn up for people from 50 years old who wish to learn or improve their Spanish. All the 4 skills (listening, speaking, reading and writing) are covered in the course with a class rythm and contents much more communicative and adapted to the real needs of this collective. This Courses consist of 10 lessons of 45 minutes each per week (2 lessons / day) from Monday to Friday (except bank holidays) and with a minimum duration of 1 week. As the other courses, participants will have to undergo a language test on the first day of the course, in order to see the approximate level. At the end of the course, participants will also receive an IMSOL Attendance Certificate.

There are three levels: DELE Beginner, Intermediate and Proficiency level. IMSOL offers preparatory courses for the Diplomas de Español como Lengua Extranjera (D.E.L.E.) exams. This course has 5 classes / day specifically centred in familiarizing participants with the 5 different tests involved in the exam: Oral Expression Reading Comprehension Use of Language Writing It is necessary that participants have already approximately the level of the exam they wish to do If not, IMSOL will inform about the best option for them (Examination charges are not included in the price of the course but we can arrange the papers for the inscription and provide participants with all the information about the dates and time of the different exams, etc. because we are a FEDELE Granada centre, organizer of DELE of Instituto Cervantes in this city).

There are three options, depending on the participants’ needs: * OPTION A: Teachers who have an intermediate level of Spanish and are therefore more interested in improving grammar rather than methodology. This course is especially interesting for Primary School teachers. Distribution of lessons: 1st and 2nd lessons: M1. 3rd lesson: M3. 4th hour: M4. * OPTION B: Students interested in becoming teachers of Spanish as a Foreign Language, who need to increase their knowledge of the Spanish language and also need more experience of teaching methods. Me fui a granada 4 veces con IMSOL y este ano me voy otra vez.:)) Es un escuela muy buena, los profesores son muy profesionales y muy simpaticos, tienen muchos actividades durante de la semana y excursiones para cada fin de semana. Preparan todo para ensenar espanol mejor. Interesan cada estudiante y pienso que mejor escula en espana. Os aconsejo que vayais a espana con imsol.!!!
